If you are familiar with my work, you know I am all about the elite mindset. It’s not just about winning and losing. It is always about getting the most out of yourself. Tennis speaking, building tennis skills is relatively easy comparing to the development of the mental and emotional skills. To build the skills inside out is a hard quest to conquer but even harder to imprint on our children.
