Off-Season Mental Training Workshop for Players

As we are approaching the end of 2021 I want you to reflect on your student-athlete’s performances. Were there some days they looked like they left a stroke at home and forgot to bring it with them to their matches? Or that some days they were overwhelmingly frustrated and started pouting and whining during the match? Or some days they lost all their confidence and didn’t seem to know their left from their right? Or that they got so discouraged and started tanking in their training and matches?

Tennis is a great sport but can cause a lot of emotional and mental turmoil. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Your child can learn to beat the odds. They can learn to transcend their mental game from fear to courage. They can reroute from a state of panic to absolute focus and confidence within minutes. Building solid mental fortitude takes time. And the time to prepare for 2022 is now!

There is a time to train and a time to compete. And mental training is no different. It takes time to develop solid mental strength. And that’s why I am running an off-season mental training for players “Building A Relentlessly Resilient Attitude” in December. This workshop will give your student-athlete all the tools and a road map they need to compete at their absolute best to an incredible 2022! It’s about letting go of 2021 to make 2022 a year of purpose and progress!!
